Water Meter Replacements
Otsego residents that have water meters 15 years old or older, will be receiving a letter from the City for replacement scheduling beginning in January. There are instructions in the letter on how to schedule an appointment. Meters will be replaced during business hours by city staff. The replacement process takes about a ½ hour at no cost to the resident. Water service will be isolated during the replacement. Please have someone available over 18 during the installation process for access and location guidance.
