Effective immediately (Friday, July 12), a segment of CSAH 36 (53rd Street NE) between the intersections of Quilley Avenue NE and Rachele Avenue NE in the City of Otsego will be closed. The closure is due to a slope failure on the roadway along the Crow River. The closure will remain in place until the damage can be evaluated and the roadway stabilized. There will be no detour posted. The Highway Department will announce on the county’s website and social media platforms when the road reopens.
