The City of Otsego is completing an improvement project for water utility Pump House #4 located at 90th Street and Kadler Avenue. The improvement project will convert the pump house to a water treatment facility, improving the water quality for the development as well as for the entire City. The project is anticipated to start the first week of November. This project will include street closure of the 90th Street access to the development. 90th Street, between Kadler Avenue and Kaeding Avenue, will be closed starting Monday, November 4 and last through mid-January. The detour will require all traffic to use the 93rd Street entrance into the development. Detour signage will be placed.
Two water outages for the entire Riverwood National development will also be required. Water will be shutdown on Wednesday, November 6 from 10 AM to 2 PM for the connection. Additionally, there will be another shutdown of the watermain on Monday, November 18 from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. During these shutdowns there will be no water pressure. Please plan your water usage accordingly during these shutdowns.
