Otsego Fire Department Joins Trunk 
or Treat Fun

The Otsego Fire Department took part in Kaleidoscope Charter School’s Trunk or Treat event on Thursday, October 23. Crews brought a fire truck, handed out candy, and greeted K–12 students and families throughout the evening. It was a great chance to connect with the community and share a safe, festive Halloween experience.

The new Otsego Fire Station is beginning to take shape!
Site work is progressing quickly—grading is complete and stormwater ponds are now in place. With this phase wrapped up, the project will shift into the next stage of construction as crews begin preparing the foundation and structural work. Each milestone brings us closer to the launch of Otsego’s first-ever fire department, targeted to open in early 2027.
