County Highway 37/137 Construction Begins Today, Sept. 2

ROAD CLOSURE BEGINS SEPTEMBER 15th!

Construction of the CSAH 37/CR 137 Project will begin today, Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, this will coincide with construction on the new Costco site and construction on MacIver Avenue.  

Construction Phases 
The project is being constructed in two primary phases: 

Stage 1 – Construction of MacIver Roundabout.  CR 137 will be closed to thru traffic beginning the week of September 15^th.  

Stage 2 – Construction of Improvements from I-94 Ramp Terminals to East of Lymon Avenue.  The I-94 Ramp terminals will be closed with the exception of westbound access to and from CR 137, which will remain open. 

Schedule 
Stage 1 – September 2, 2025 – Early November 2025 

Stage 2 – Late April/Early May 2026 – Mid August 2026 (Open to Traffic) 
Final Trail Construction/Restoration – Mid August 2026 – Late October 2026
