The City of Otsego Street Department maintains 130 miles of streets; 114 miles are bituminous, and 16 miles are gravel. Street department responsibilities include:

  • Pavement Management - Seal coating, pothole patching, crack sealing, striping, and pavement markings.
  • Gravel Road Maintenance - Class 5 improvements, maintenance grading, and dust coating.
  • Storm Water Maintenance - Catch basin culvert cleaning and repair; ditch cleaning and repair and retention pond maintenance.
  • Snow Plowing and Ice Control
  • Street Sign Maintenance and Repair
  • Roadside Mowing
  • Tree Trimming
  • Fleet Maintenance
